Vivo X21i with MediaTek Helio chipset could debut soon

Vivo’s X21 units (X21 and X21 UD) are the best from the manufacturer so far, and that is highlighted in the use of their Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipsets too. However, it seems that the company wants to give yet another kind of market a go at their smartphones.

According to a tipster, the Asian OEM is working on another variant of these X21s, and this one will have a MediaTek chipset at its heart instead.

With a suggested name of Vivo X21i, an Helio P60 chipset will feature alongside the obvious Android Oreo software choice and a more than decent 6GB of RAM. For now, there is no other information on what will be under the hood and on top of the body.

However, it is safe to assume that every other thing – save the choice of chipset – will remain the same
